What Are Your Thoughts on the Glasgow Music Scene?
Glasgow is a really great place for music, the crowds are amazing and there are a lot of great venues such as the Barrowlands and 02 Academy. Glasgow also has lots of great small venues such as Pivo Pivo and Ivory Blacks, which I’ve been too to see, An Hero, which is a band that a friend of mine is in. Even someone of the clubs in Glasgow have gigs such as the garage and the cathouse. There’s also the new hydro venue that is currently being built. I think what makes Glasgow so great for music and what allows it to attract so many big names to the city is the crowds. The atmosphere is like no other and gig venues in Glasgow are known on a worldwide scale. Continue reading
